FlirtSpot is built exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. There is no place for minors on this platform — and zero tolerance for anyone who would harm them. This page explains exactly how we protect children and how you can help.
FlirtSpot categorically prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualization of minors, grooming, and any attempt to recruit, exploit, or contact a minor. This applies to every message, image, and piece of content on our service — including our ephemeral, anonymous features. There are no exceptions, and anonymity is never a shield from this rule.
How we keep minors off the app and abuse off the network.
Every account must certify it is operated by an adult by providing a year of birth that qualifies as 18 or older before the app can be used. FlirtSpot is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
Any content that sexualizes or exploits a minor results in immediate removal, permanent ban, and a report to the NCMEC CyberTipline and relevant law-enforcement authorities.
Every profile and message includes an in-app Report button and a one-tap Block. Reports flagging minors or child exploitation are escalated to our highest priority queue and triaged immediately.
When we confirm a violation, we remove the content, terminate the account, and preserve evidence for authorities. We do not warn repeat offenders — they are gone.
Prevention is the first line of defense.
Onboarding requires the user to enter a year of birth that establishes they are 18 or older. This certification is a binding part of our Terms of Service, and misrepresenting one's age is a material breach that justifies immediate termination.
FlirtSpot is designed and marketed exclusively for adults. Our store listing, content, and targeting are not directed at, or appealing to, children, and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18.
If we learn that a user is under 18, we terminate their access immediately and purge their anonymous profile data in line with our data-retention and deletion practices. We rely on reports, behavioral signals, and platform tooling to surface these cases.
We enforce Android's FLAG_SECURE on ephemeral views to disable screenshots and screen recording. This limits the spread of any captured media and helps protect everyone — most of all vulnerable users — from non-consensual redistribution. See our Privacy Promise for the full technical detail.
If you see a minor on the app, or any content exploiting a child, report it immediately. Here's what happens.
Tap Report on the offending profile or message and choose a reason (e.g. "Underage user" or "Child exploitation"). You can also email our dedicated safety channel at [email protected].
Child-safety reports are prioritized above all else. Confirmed violations lead to immediate content removal and account termination.
Reports involving the sexual exploitation of a minor are escalated to the NCMEC CyberTipline and to the appropriate law-enforcement agencies, and evidence is preserved for their investigation.
Banned users are blocked from creating new accounts. We continuously improve our detection so offenders cannot simply return under a new anonymous identity.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
Report suspected child sexual exploitation to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. report.cybertip.org · 1-800-843-5678. FlirtSpot files reports here as a matter of policy.
Outside the U.S., reports can be made through the INHOPE network of national hotlines at inhope.org, which routes CSAM reports to the correct country.
Use the in-app Report button on any message or profile, or email our dedicated child-safety channel at [email protected]. Urgent reports involving minors are handled as our top priority.
