FlirtSpot is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By providing your year of birth during onboarding, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. Any misrepresentation of age is a material breach of these terms.
FlirtSpot is built for consensual attraction. Using the platform for stalking, bullying, intimidation, or unwanted persistent behavior is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate local ban.
While communication is ephemeral and anonymous, the transmission of illegal content, non-consensual imagery, or hate speech is a violation of our service standards. We reserve the right to implement technical safeguards against such behavior.
Our application implements FLAG_SECURE technical safeguards to block screenshots and screen recordings. Attempting to bypass these protections to record or distribute another user's ephemeral media is a violation of privacy and these terms.
During onboarding, you are required to select your gender. This choice is immutable and cannot be changed. This selection permanently defines your interaction mode (Man/Woman) within the FlirtSpot ecosystem.
The app facilitates connections via Relay Mode (Server-assisted) and Direct P2P Mode (Hardware-to-hardware). In both modes, communication is anonymous and ephemeral.
FlirtSpot does not utilize permanent user profiles, email addresses, or phone numbers. Your identity is an anonymous profile — a self-chosen display name and a selfie that auto-wipes 24 hours after your last activity, or instantly via the Delete Profile button in Settings.
You acknowledge that our relay servers retain your anonymous profile's username and selfie for up to 24 hours after your last activity, after which all data is automatically wiped. You can also use the Delete Profile button to erase everything instantly. We cannot retrieve wiped data.
"Flirts" (media) are deleted 60 seconds after being viewed. You understand that once a file is wiped by our Forensic Sanitization protocol, it is unrecoverable.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by using the Delete Profile button in Settings, which instantly erases your anonymous profile from both the device and server. Your data also auto-wipes 24 hours after your last activity. Alternatively, simply uninstall the application.
FlirtSpot is provided "As-Is." We are not responsible for real-world interactions or safety once you transition from the app to a face-to-face meeting. Always prioritize your personal safety in public spaces.
